TBit Job Apply — Additional Terms
The following terms apply specifically to the TBit Job Apply feature, which enables AI-assisted job application submissions on behalf of the user.
Gmail Access Authorization
TBit Job Apply requires access to the user's Gmail account via Google OAuth. By authorizing this connection, the user grants TBit the following permissions:
- Send emails — to submit job applications on the user's behalf.
- Create drafts — to prepare application emails for review before sending (when auto-send is disabled).
- Read email metadata — to detect replies from employers and update the application status. TBit does not read the full body of incoming emails; only metadata (sender, subject, date) is accessed for reply detection.
The user may revoke Gmail access at any time through their Google Account permissions settings. Revoking access will disable the Job Apply feature.
CV and Personal Data Processing
TBit Job Apply processes the user's curriculum vitae (CV) and personal information using artificial intelligence models to tailor job applications. By using this feature, the user acknowledges and consents to the following:
- The user's CV, contact information, and professional profile will be processed by AI models to generate personalized cover letters and application emails.
- AI models may rephrase, summarize, or restructure the information provided by the user to better match job descriptions.
- TBit does not store CV data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting [email protected].
Accuracy and Truthfulness
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided in their CV and profile is truthful, accurate, and up to date. TBit's AI models rephrase and adapt existing information but do not fabricate qualifications, experience, or credentials. If the AI-generated output contains inaccuracies, the user should review and correct it before submission (or disable auto-send mode).
No Guarantee of Employment
TBit Job Apply is a tool that assists with job application submissions. TBit does not guarantee that the user will receive responses, interviews, or employment offers as a result of using this feature. Hiring decisions are made entirely by the employers.
Daily Application Limits
The number of job applications that can be sent per day is determined by the user's subscription plan. Exceeding the daily limit is not possible — the system enforces the cap automatically. TBit reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
Auto-Send Mode
TBit Job Apply includes an auto-send mode that automatically submits applications without requiring manual review of each email. By enabling auto-send mode, the user acknowledges that:
- Applications will be sent automatically to matching job postings based on the user's preferences and profile.
- The user is responsible for configuring their preferences accurately, as auto-sent applications cannot be recalled after delivery.
- Auto-send mode can be disabled at any time from the Job Apply settings. When disabled, applications are saved as Gmail drafts for manual review.
AI-Generated Content
Certain features of the T-Bit platform utilize artificial intelligence models to generate content, including but not limited to: chatbot responses, email drafts, cover letters, product descriptions, and automated messages.
All AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. TBit does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
The user is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated content before it is used, published, or sent to third parties. TBit shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content without adequate review by the user.
TBit continuously works to improve the quality and accuracy of its AI models, but given the nature of artificial intelligence, errors are inherent and unavoidable. Users who identify significant errors are encouraged to report them to [email protected].
